Subject	New Belts - Now The Squeal

Message	The car 300ZX TT. I had all 3 belts replaced by mechanic. They squeal at start up and when revving the engine shortly after start up (AC not on). They squeal when I turn the AC on. After a minute or so the squeal goes away. There is some squeal when I down shift. I have about 150 miles on these new belts now. They appear tight to me! I did not have this problem with my 20 year old belts! Are they too loose, too tight or rubbing on a pulley? These are OEM Nissan belts. I am worrying that I may be ruining a bearing.
